The Calistoga compound spans six buildings and Cabernet vineyards most recently selling under the Heritage School Vineyards label
A Napa Valley compound with Cabernet vineyards and six buildings sold on Friday for $13.475 million, making it the most expensive sale in the California wine region since 2023.
Located in the city of Calistoga, the vineyard property had been on and off the market since September 2022, when it was listed for $18.5 million. Before finding a buyer, the property had been relisted in the spring for $14.95 million with Arthur Goodrich of Sotheby’s International Realty – St. Helena Brokerage.
The nearly 47-acre property last traded hands in 2014, records on PropertyShark show, however, the sale price wasn’t readily available. The sellers, a couple who owned the property through an LLC, couldn’t be reached for comment.
