Just to start with, this house appears to have sunk into the non-compacted, non-engineered lot; there is very little crawlspace. I think it needs to be lifted onto a new foundation. Gas stove, gas water heater, wall heaters, free standing fireplace, covered deck in the back yard and a loft with stairs for an extra place to sleep. You can walk to restaurants and/or the Coddingtown Shopping center. It's currently configured as a duplex, but easy to convert back to a SFD. There are no reports, going through probate.
